Founded in 1997, Lantian Precision Casting specializes in stainless steel casting and investment casting, offering end-to-end in-house solutions. From pattern design to casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, and surface finishing, we ensure superior quality at every stage. Our facilities produce 600 tons of silicon sol investment castings and 4,000 tons of lost wax castings (water glass) annually. Using Silicon Sol, Water Glass, and hybrid casting techniques, we manufacture high-precision stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel components. Every part undergoes rigorous quality control to guarantee exceptional durability and performance.

Our factory is equipped with advanced manual molding and automatic wax injection molding lines specifically designed to accommodate complex automotive casting requirements. We have extensive expertise in machining and shape correction for both flat and complex automotive parts, ensuring the highest quality standards in production.

We handle a wide range of materials, such as carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, with part weights ranging from 0.05 kg to 100 kg. All of our products are backed by a comprehensive material warranty that covers both their properties and internal quality, ensuring long-term durability and performance. Our operations are ISO-certified, ensuring we maintain the highest manufacturing and quality assurance standards for all automotive casting components.

At Lantian, we manage the entire production process for equipment components — from pattern design and making, casting, heat treatment, machining, to surface treatment, all performed internally. We ensure that 100% of our products are exported to international customers.
