Casting is a process where molten material is poured into a mold and allowed to solidify, taking the shape of the mold.
Lantian provides diverse casting methods, including investment casting, sand casting, permanent mold casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. We specialize in casting valve components, using materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous alloys. We handle parts with weights ranging from 0.01kg to 150 tons.
Machining involves the removal of material to shape it into the desired form.
Lantian uses over 60 high-precision machines such as CNC centers, lathes, and milling machines. Our inspection capabilities include more than 300 tools, with 3 CMM systems offering μm-level precision. We specialize in precision machining of valve spare parts, ensuring tolerance up to 0.02mm. We are ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949 certified.
Lantian also operates as an independent third-party inspection center, in addition to in-house inspections at our sister factories. We offer inspections for valve components, covering material properties, mechanical testing, dimensional checks, pressure, and surface treatment.
We provide detailed weekly reports with photos and videos, and maintain full inspection documentation. We also serve as third-party inspection representatives for clients whose products are made by other suppliers.
