Casting is a manufacturing process in which molten material is poured into a mold containing a hollow cavity in the shape of the desired part, allowing it to solidify into the final product. Lantian specializes in a variety of casting methods, including investment casting (used extensively for automotive components), sand casting, permanent mold casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting.

We handle a broad range of materials, including steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals, with single component weight capabilities ranging from 0.01 kg to 150 tons.

Machining involves using various processes to shape raw materials into finished products by removing unwanted material. Lantian operates over 60 high-precision machines, such as CNC centers, boring, milling, and turning machines, alongside more than 300 inspection instruments, including 3 sets of CMMs for micro-metric accuracy.

Our machining services maintain repeatable tolerances down to 0.02 mm. With certifications in ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949, Lantian is a leader in high-precision machining for automotive components and other metal parts, ranging from small to large-scale productions.

In addition to in-house quality control, Lantian offers third-party inspection services for both our products and those produced by our subcontractors. We provide comprehensive inspections, including process, random, and pre-delivery checks, covering material quality, mechanical performance, internal defects, dimensional accuracy, pressure, load and balance tests, surface treatments, and visual inspections.

Our inspections include detailed weekly reports with pictures and videos. Lantian also acts as a third-party inspection representative for several clients, ensuring product quality even when manufacturing is done by other suppliers.
