Casting is a process where molten material is poured into a mold and allowed to solidify, taking the shape of the mold.
Lantian provides diverse casting methods, including investment casting, sand casting, permanent mold casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. We specialize in casting valve components, using materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous alloys. We handle parts with weights ranging from 0.01kg to 150 tons.

Lantian uses over 60 high-precision machines such as CNC centers, lathes, and milling machines. Our inspection capabilities include more than 300 tools, with 3 CMM systems offering μm-level precision. We specialize in precision machining of valve spare parts, ensuring tolerance up to 0.02mm.
