Casting Service

Casting is a manufacturing process where a liquid material is poured into a mold containing a cavity of the desired shape, then allowed to solidify. Lantian offers various casting services, including investment casting, sand casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. We specialize in investment casting of valve components for industries like automotive and industrial equipment. We handle materials such as steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals. Our component weight range spans from 0.01kg to 150 tons.

Machining Service

Machining involves shaping raw material into a final form by removing material through controlled processes. Lantian operates over 60 precision machines, including CNC centers, boring, milling, and turning equipment. We also have more than 300 inspection instruments, including 3 CMM machines for μm-level precision. We specialize in machining valve components, maintaining tolerances as tight as 0.02mm. Our certifications include ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949.

3rd Party Inspection

Lantian acts as a third-party inspection center in addition to conducting self-inspections at our sister factories and with subcontractors. We offer process inspection, random checks, and pre-delivery inspections for valve components. These include material properties, mechanical performance, dimensional accuracy, and surface treatments. We provide weekly project reports with images and videos and offer full documentation of the inspections. We also serve as third-party inspection representatives for customers when their products are produced by other suppliers.
