Casting is a manufacturing process in which a molten material is poured into a specially designed mold, forming a cavity in the desired shape. After cooling and solidifying, the material takes on the exact shape of the mold.

Lantian specializes in a variety of casting methods, including investment casting (silicon sol and water glass), sand casting, low-pressure casting, die casting, permanent mold casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. These services cater to diverse industries, particularly for casting equipment components in sectors such as automotive, machinery, and industrial equipment. We handle materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and non-ferrous metals. Our component weight capacity ranges from as low as 0.01kg to a maximum of 150 tons, offering flexibility for both small-scale and large-scale casting needs.

Machining refers to the process of shaping raw material into a precise, final form by removing excess material using controlled techniques. This process is critical for achieving high accuracy and quality in the final product.

At Lantian, we operate over 60 sets of high-precision machines, including CNC centers, lathes, boring machines, and milling machines, allowing us to handle a wide range of casting equipment components. In addition, we employ more than 300 advanced inspection tools, including 3 sets of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) with precision levels down to the μm range. We ensure repeated tolerances as tight as 0.02mm. With certifications in ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949, Lantian guarantees precision machining services for both small and large equipment components.

In addition to the internal self-inspection carried out at our sister factories or by subcontractors, Lantian also acts as an independent third-party inspection center. We offer a range of services including process inspection, random checks, and pre-delivery inspections for material properties, mechanical performance, internal defects, dimensional accuracy, pressure, load-bearing capacity, balance, surface treatment, and visual inspection.

We provide weekly project follow-up reports, complete with photos and videos, and maintain full documentation of the quality inspections conducted. Lantian also serves as a third-party inspection representative for several customers when their products are manufactured by other suppliers, ensuring consistent quality in the production of casting equipment components.
