At Lantian, we manage the entire production process for equipment components — from pattern design and making, casting, heat treatment, machining, to surface treatment, all performed internally. We ensure that 100% of our products are exported to international customers.

1. Founded in 1997, Lantian boasts an annual capacity of 600 tons for investment casting with silicon sol technology and 4000 tons for lost wax casting (water glass), specializing in producing high-precision equipment components.

2. We provide comprehensive investment casting services in-house to meet a wide range of customer requirements, offering processes such as silicon sol casting, water glass casting, and a mixed casting approach that combines both silicon sol and water glass techniques.

3. With separate manual molding and automatic wax injection & molding lines, we cater to diverse product specifications within the water glass casting process, ensuring flexibility for complex equipment parts.

4. Our team has extensive experience in machining and shape correction for both flat and complex equipment components, ensuring precision in every product.

5. We work with a variety of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, and handle component weights ranging from 0.05 kg to 100 kg, with a strong focus on high-quality equipment components.

lantianCasting Service

Casting is a manufacturing process in which a molten material is poured into a specially designed mold, forming a cavity in the desired shape. After cooling and solidifying, the material takes on the exact shape of the mold.

Lantian specializes in a variety of casting methods, including investment casting (silicon sol and water glass), sand casting, low-pressure casting, die casting, permanent mold casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. These services cater to diverse industries, particularly for casting equipment components in sectors such as automotive, machinery, and industrial equipment. We handle materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and non-ferrous metals. Our component weight capacity ranges from as low as 0.01kg to a maximum of 150 tons, offering flexibility for both small-scale and large-scale casting needs.

Machining refers to the process of shaping raw material into a precise, final form by removing excess material using controlled techniques. This process is critical for achieving high accuracy and quality in the final product.

At Lantian, we operate over 60 sets of high-precision machines, including CNC centers, lathes, boring machines, and milling machines, allowing us to handle a wide range of casting equipment components. In addition, we employ more than 300 advanced inspection tools, including 3 sets of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) with precision levels down to the μm range. We ensure repeated tolerances as tight as 0.02mm. With certifications in ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949, Lantian guarantees precision machining services for both small and large equipment components.

lantian3rd Party Inspection

In addition to the internal self-inspection carried out at our sister factories or by subcontractors, Lantian also acts as an independent third-party inspection center. We offer a range of services including process inspection, random checks, and pre-delivery inspections for material properties, mechanical performance, internal defects, dimensional accuracy, pressure, load-bearing capacity, balance, surface treatment, and visual inspection.

We provide weekly project follow-up reports, complete with photos and videos, and maintain full documentation of the quality inspections conducted. Lantian also serves as a third-party inspection representative for several customers when their products are manufactured by other suppliers, ensuring consistent quality in the production of casting equipment components.
