Investment casting (also known as lost wax casting) involves pouring liquid material into a mold with a hollow cavity of the desired shape, which then solidifies to form the product.

Lantian specializes in multiple casting techniques, including investment casting, sand casting, permanent mold casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, electroslag remelting (ESR) casting, and lost foam casting.

We work with a variety of materials such as steel, iron, and non-ferrous alloys. We accommodate component weights ranging from 0.01 kg to 150 tons, ensuring versatility and precision for a broad range of industrial.

Machining involves a range of processes where material is precisely removed to create parts with the desired shape and size.

Lantian boasts over 60 advanced precision machines, including CNC centers, boring mills, lathes, and milling machines. We also employ over 300 inspection tools, including three CMM systems capable of measuring to the micrometer (μm) level. We ensure that repeated tolerance is maintained within 0.02mm.
