lantianCasting Service

Investment casting is a manufacturing process in which liquid material is poured into a mold that contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape and allowed to solidify.

At Lantian, we offer various casting methods including investment casting, sand casting, permanent mold casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting, among others. We handle a range of materials including steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. The weight of single components ranges from as small as 0.01kg to as large as 150 tons, meeting diverse customer requirements across industries.

Machining is a process where raw material is shaped into a final product by removing material in a controlled way.

Lantian operates over 60 high-precision machines, including CNC centers, boring machines, milling machines, and lathes. Additionally, we utilize more than 300 inspection instruments, including three CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) with precision at the micrometer level (μm). We are capable of maintaining tolerances as tight as 0.02mm in repeated production runs. Certified with ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949, Lantian specializes in high-precision machining for metal components ranging from small to large-scale production.

In addition to the self-inspection conducted by its sister factories and subcontractors, Lantian serves as a third-party inspection center. We offer a wide range of inspection services, including process inspections, random checks, and pre-delivery assessments. Our expertise covers material verification, mechanical performance, internal defect detection, dimensional accuracy, pressure testing, load testing, balance testing, surface treatment evaluations, and visual inspections.

We provide detailed weekly reports, complete with images and videos, along with full quality inspection documentation. Additionally, Lantian acts as a third-party inspection representative for several clients, ensuring the quality of products made by other suppliers.
