Investment casting is a precise manufacturing technique where molten material is poured into a mold with a cavity of the required shape, and allowed to solidify into the final product.

Lantian offers a wide array of casting services, including investment casting, sand casting, permanent mold casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. Our factory processes materials like carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. We are capable of producing parts with weights ranging from 0.01 kg to 150 tons, catering to the specific needs of our clients in different sectors.

Machining refers to the controlled removal of material to shape a raw component into a precise final product.

At Lantian, we operate over 60 pieces of advanced precision equipment, including CNC centers, boring machines, milling machines, and lathes. Our inspection capabilities are supported by more than 300 instruments, including three high-precision CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) with μm-level accuracy. We ensure that we can maintain tolerances as fine as 0.02mm throughout the production process. With ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949 certifications, Lantian specializes in high-precision machining of both small and large metal components.

Beyond the internal inspections performed at our sister factories and by subcontractors, Lantian offers third-party inspection services. These include process inspections, random spot checks, and pre-delivery evaluations. Our inspection services cover key areas such as material properties, mechanical characteristics, internal defects, dimensional accuracy, pressure testing, load capacity, balance evaluations, surface treatments, and visual inspections.

We ensure the highest quality by providing weekly project follow-up reports, accompanied by pictures and videos, along with full documentation of the inspection results. Additionally, Lantian represents several clients as a third-party inspector, overseeing products made by other suppliers to ensure they adhere to the same stringent quality standards.
