Casting Service

Investment casting (also known as lost wax casting) involves pouring liquid material into a mold with a hollow cavity of the desired shape, which then solidifies to form the product.

Lantian specializes in multiple casting techniques, including investment casting, sand casting, permanent mold casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, electroslag remelting (ESR) casting, and lost foam casting.

We work with a variety of materials such as steel, iron, and non-ferrous alloys. We accommodate component weights ranging from 0.01 kg to 150 tons, ensuring versatility and precision for a broad range of industrial.

Machining Service

Machining involves a range of processes where material is precisely removed to create parts with the desired shape and size.

Lantian boasts over 60 advanced precision machines, including CNC centers, boring mills, lathes, and milling machines. We also employ over 300 inspection tools, including three CMM systems capable of measuring to the micrometer (μm) level. We ensure that repeated tolerance is maintained within 0.02mm. Lantian is certified with ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949 and is known for its expertise in machining metal components, whether small, medium, or large.

3rd Party Inspection

Lantian functions as a trusted third-party inspection center, supplementing its sister factories and subcontractors' self-inspection processes. We provide comprehensive inspection services, including process audits, random inspections, and pre-delivery quality checks. These services encompass a variety of tests, such as material analysis, mechanical testing, internal flaw detection, dimensional measurements, pressure and load tests, balance assessments, surface treatment analysis, and visual evaluations.

For every project, we deliver detailed follow-up reports that include photographs, videos, and full quality documentation. Furthermore, Lantian also serves as an external third-party inspection representative for multiple clients, ensuring that products manufactured by other suppliers meet the required specifications.
