Casting is the process of pouring molten material into a mold to form parts, which are then allowed to solidify.
Lantian offers a range of casting services, including investment casting, sand casting, die casting, low-pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. Our expertise includes casting valve components with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous alloys. We support components with weights ranging from 0.01kg to 150 tons.

Machining shapes raw material into a final product by removing excess material using controlled processes.
Lantian operates more than 60 advanced machines, including CNC, boring, milling, and turning equipment. We use over 300 inspection instruments, with 3 CMM systems offering precision down to the μm level. We specialize in machining valve components, ensuring repeated tolerances as tight as 0.02mm. Lantian is certified under ISO9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949.
lantian3rd Party Inspection
In addition to in-house inspection processes, Lantian acts as a third-party inspection center. We provide inspections for valve parts, covering material properties, mechanical performance, internal defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface treatment.
We offer weekly project reports with images and videos and maintain detailed inspection documentation. Lantian also represents clients for third-party inspections when products are sourced from other suppliers.
